The primary style of yoga taught within the studio is Hatha, which uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Classes are taught with love, compassion, and at various levels to cater to individual experience and ability. Our studio promotes guidance and personal awareness within the poses to ensure a safe and healing practice. We take pride in providing services for special needs including prenatal, geriatric, rehabilitative, and meditation.
