The goal of Ayurveda is to achieve health by maintaining balance & harmony, not by fighting disease. Ayurveda promotes the importance of physical and emotional balance, mental well-being, environmental mindfulness and spiritual awareness in creating holistic health & wellness. We will explore philosophical foundations of Ayurveda & how we can weave its principles into our practice & daily life. We will learn to identify causes of imbalance & how to incorporate simple nutritional & lifestyle guidelines to feel healthier & balanced. Content: Part I - Create one year milestones; Part II - Identify specific and measurable action plans to support you to move beyond vision into reality. Each person will leave with a specific action plan for the life by their own design in session II.
