Yoga Therapy

Invite presence and awareness through assisted yoga postures.  A Yoga Therapy session is a one-on-one process which guides a client to experience the connection of their physical and emotional selves.  With focused breathing, this connection is held and explored, fostering release, personal growth and healing.  This approach is rehabilitative both physically and emotionally.  Please wear loose-fitted clothing.                                                            60 minute
