• Hatha Yoga is physical yoga postures bringing peace to mind and awareness to breath.  "ha-tha" means the sun and moon.  These two opposites are blended together in a gentle way. 
  • Gentle Yoga - Great for beginners or anyone that prefers a gentle class. In this class you will learn basic, gentle yoga poses, along with breathing techniques. Modifications may be taught for the physically challenged.

  • All Levels - Instructions with options to remain at one level or increase to the next.

  • Restorative Yoga gives the opportunity to relax into poses without effort with the use of props.  With the body fully supported the deeper your sense of relaxation and surrender can be.

  • Meditation - Learn simple, effective ways to calm your mind & emotions & experience a state of inner peacefulness & well-being.  Group sessions practice the Kelee meditation.  Progression of this practice can be enhanced in a group setting.  Bring a journal to the group sessions.

  • AcuStretch - Learn a healthful, rejuvenating practice by blending stretches, acupressure and breath. Shift self-awareness to feel your best, increase healing, promote relaxation and slow down the aging process. And it feels sooooo good!
