Hatha Yoga is physical yoga postures bringing peace to mind and awareness to breath.  "ha-tha" means the sun and moon.  These two opposites are blended together in a gentle way. 

  • Gentle Yoga - Great for beginners or anyone that prefers a gentle class. In this class you will learn basic, gentle yoga poses, along with breathing techniques. Modifications may be taught for the physically challenged.
  • All Levels - Instructions with options to remain at one level or increase to the next.
  • Intermediate - Moderate level class.
  • Advanced - More challenging level or postures in motion (Vinyasa).

Hatha yoga w/ Pranayama (Breath Work) -This class is suitable for all levels. Class is taught at 3 levels to accommodate every one's energy and physical limitations. Pranayama (breath-work) is more powerful than asanas.  Pranayama is the fourth of the eight limbs of yoga. Prana (breath or vital breath) provides a vital bridge between the body and the mind. By managing the breath, one can control the mind and thus emotions.

Belly Dance for FUN is about dancing for ourselves and sharing with each other.  Learn basic belly dance movements for fitness, unique self-expression, and new awareness. Explore your femininity to nurture body, mind, heart, and soul.  Warm-up and cool down with gentle yoga.  Beginners welcome.

Easy Does It yoga class is for those who wish to slow down their pace in yoga and focus on balance...stretching... and take class slower.  Class includes some chair work, balance poses, stretching and some restorative poses for relaxation. 

Meditation Learn simple, effective ways to calm your mind & emotions & experience a state of inner peacefulness & well-being.  Some group sessions practice the Kelee meditation.  Progression of this practice can be enhanced in a group setting.  Bring a journal to the group sessions.

Moments of Peace Meditation is a variety of meditation techniques to soothe our souls.  Includes the vibrational sounds of the Gong, Tibetan bowls, Ganta, & Chimes. 

Prenatal / Gentle Yoga - Everyone is welcome to enjoy this gentle yet powerful practice including the partners. For the pregnant goddesses, we will address all 3 trimesters.  Focus of the practice is accepting and working with the body  changes in a safe and nurturing way.

Restorative Yoga gives the opportunity to relax into poses without effort with the use of props.  With the body fully supported the deeper your sense of relaxation and surrender can be.

Yin & Yang Yoga is long-held, relaxed floor poses, which stretch and stimulate the deep connective tissue of the body and strengthen chi flow.  In the more active, Yang part of the class, we will practice dynamic flow-also beneficial for the body's energy system.  A beautiful practice accessible to all levels.
