There are many promising roads in the outside world that may lead us astray.  The way is within.  Taking time each day to get still inside our heart can bring real results for healing body, mind, and soul.

"The doors of self-realization are within everyone; they are passageways to love. Yield to your own beautiful self-acceptance and the door of love will open itself." -The Silent Miracle by Ron W. Rathbun

Cindy                                                                                                 Yoga Instructor

Cindy believes that through the synergy of nutrition, movement and positive intention we all have the power to heal ourselves. Her approach in a yoga class is one of "ahimsa" or compassion, first for yourself and then for others.

Cindy is foremost and always a student of yoga and secondly an instructor. She had invested 15 years into a successful career in fashion and marketing when a family tragedy shifted her focus from business and finance to health and spiritual pursuits. Yoga became the center of a holistic passion for health and healing, realizing that for her true happiness was to lead a simpler lifestyle and share her joy of yoga.

Cindy received her 800 hour Hatha Yoga teacher certification from Moksha Yoga Canada (member of the Yoga Alliance); pioneers of environmentally conscious hot yoga studios. Cindy is honored to be one of the instructors in the Natural Healing Institute's (Encinitas, California) Yoga Instructor Certification program as well as assistant instructor in their Massage Technician program. She continues her yoga education through studies in the ancient yoga texts, participating in trainings, workshops and a daily personal practice. Cindy combines her yoga instruction with other healing modalities including Reiki, aromatherapy, energy work, massage and Thai yoga therapy. With a smile in her heart, she touches all that cross her path.
